        When I first reached out to the Embrace U team, I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the funds on a day of coordinator. After a couple of conversations with Erin, I was convinced the Embrace U team was worth every penny. The team did not disappoint, my husband and I will be forever grateful. Erin's attention to detail and years of experience shined. She ensured she completely understood our vision and what was most important to us. Four weeks prior to our wedding date, Erin took over vendor communication and was our point of contact. This was such a stress relief. Erin also created a wedding day timeline, which is one of the reasons why we had such a successful wedding. All the vendors and our bridal party knew our plan and timeline the week before our wedding. I did make minor changes last minute but Erin helped communicate those to the vendors. Erin and her team were always near by but not in the way. Anytime I needed to ask or point out small things that came up, the Embrace U team was just a quick glance and nod away. At the end of our reception, Erin and her team ensured everything was neatly saved away and cleaned up. My husband, nor myself, nor my bridal party needed to worry about clean up. As a Bride, I fully enjoyed every moment of our wedding day. Looking back I didn't stress about any aspect of our day because I knew we had Erin and the Embrace U team. I am so glad we decided to hire the Embrace U team, they helped make our wedding vision a dream come true.

         Erin will always be a close person in our lives. She just has that special way of connecting with people when you meet her.      Erin is truly INCREDIBLE!! One of the best decisions I made for our wedding was hiring Erin as our planner! From the very first meeting, I knew our wedding was in great hands. I could feel the stress melt away as I could tell Erin was extremely knowledgeable and on top of everything. She always responded to all inquiries very quickly and had so much knowledge to share. She walked us through every step of the way and throughly explained everything. Her wedding planning website where I was able to upload inspo pictures, the guest list, vendor contacts, and more is truly amazing and is so easy to navigate. Just four days before our big day, the chosen venue was evacuated due to a fire in Big Bear. It was a race against time! Fortunately, Erin was able to find the dreamiest venue for our big day!! The stress of that week was unimaginable, but she was so positive, so caring, and so dependable. The day of the wedding I was able to relax and fully enjoy the day because Erin and her team were there. I am beyond grateful for Erin and her team’s support and commitment in ensuring our day was perfect. I could not have done it without her!! I would recommend her services to any couple looking for a wedding planner.

      Erin was the greatest support, resource, guide, and coordinator we could have ever asked for. We can't thank her enough for helping make our dream wedding become a reality. She met each of my requests and emails with patience and kindness. She made me feel so supported throughout this entire planning process. There were so many valuable parts of working with Erin, but the top two I will share are her organization and her creativity/design. Erin was incredibly organized, structured, and prompt with her communication. We were in touch for about 8 months in the planning process, and she was on top of every detail I mentioned or request I had. During our final details meeting before our wedding, I felt very assured and supported by Erin. Her organization, her advocacy and detail orientation with vendors, and her attentiveness helped alleviate so much stress leading up to the big day. Her day of coordination was unmatched. Our parents and our wedding party were raving about Erin the entire wedding weekend, and they are still commenting on how smoothly everything went all thanks to her. In regard to her creativity and design, so I am not one who is super great with creativity or decorating, so when it came to designing our welcome table, dessert table, reception tablescape, etc., I had some ideas, but wasn't entirely sure how it would play out. Erin took my ideas and turned them into an absolute vision and even better than I could have ever imagined!! Also, we had so many small requests about moving or changing items during certain portions of the day, and she did not miss a single one. After our wedding, so many people asked me how I was feeling now that we were married, and the one word that came to mind first was grateful, and a lot of that gratitude was for Erin and her team. She is truly incredible. She showed us so much kindness, understanding, and flexibility. We feel so lucky to have had her support throughout the planning process.
