- Creation of Custom Timeline: tentative timeline provided shortly after contract is signed; final custom version completed 2 weeks out
- Details Meeting: thorough meeting to discuss all planning details, occurs 5 weeks out
- Vendor Coordination: become vendor point of contact, confirm service terms, and communicate essential info to vendors, starting 4 weeks out
- Rehearsal*: lead a run-through of the ceremony with the extended wedding party, typically 1-2 days before the wedding *pending venue and coordinator availability; extra travel fees/arrangements may apply

To ensure we're a good fit for one another, all couples interested in our in-person services must first meet with us prior to booking. This can be in person, virtual, or on the phone, whichever you prefer. In this meeting, I love hearing about your story, your wedding vision, and how we can best serve you.

Once it's decided that we want to work together, I will send you a proposal that contains an invoice and contract. If all looks good, an electronic signature on the contract and an initial deposit will reserve your wedding date in my calendar!
Step two
Shortly after booking, you will receive planning forms and a variety of beginning timeline options to consider. When it's time (depending on which services you choose), I will reach out to schedule our 1:1 meeting(s) and make sure you are aware that the window for unlimited communications has begun. This is the fun part for me - I LOVE seeing how your vision is coming together!

As we get closer and closer to your wedding date, I ensure that all the details are coming together smoothly. At about one month out, I will take over all communication with your vendors, confirming their services and providing them with all the info they need for your big day. I pick my team to be best suited for your vision and thoroughly plan a day of schedule with the goal of flawlessly executing your exact vision!

On the day of your wedding, my team and I will set everything up as you envisioned it. We will manage your timeline and vendors and problem-solve with your best interest in mind. At the end of the night, we will break everything down and pack up your decor.
