- Guidance + Support: unlimited access to professional insight and advice via email, available from moment of booking with Partial Planning and 6 weeks prior to wedding date with D.O.C.

- Creation of Custom Timeline: tentative timeline provided shortly after contract is signed; final custom version completed 2 weeks out
- Details Meeting: thorough meeting to discuss all planning details, occurs 5 weeks out
- Vendor Coordination: become vendor point of contact, confirm service terms, and communicate essential info to vendors, starting 4 weeks out
- Rehearsal*: lead a run-through of the ceremony with the extended wedding party, typically 1-2 days before the wedding *pending venue and coordinator availability; extra travel fees/arrangements may apply
